Who We Are
Established in 2016, Bly & Son is a family run classic car restoration and automotive specialist founded by Mark Bly and his father, Barry Bly.
Built on a shared passion for classic, sports and unique vehicles, the business began as a lifelong ambition between father and son. Sadly, Barry passed away in 2017 just as the company was getting underway, but his passion, workmanship and standards remain at the heart of the business today.
Our story...
Today, the workshop is run by a small, dedicated and highly enthusiastic team who are genuine petrol heads at heart. Every vehicle that enters the workshop is treated with care, attention and respect, whether it is a small repair, ongoing maintenance or a full restoration project.
The team specialises in classic vehicle restoration, fabrication, bodywork, paint and mechanical work, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques to achieve high quality results. Interior restoration work is completed in partnership with Aldridge Trimmers, ensuring period correct finishes that complement each build.
At Bly & Son, cars are more than just vehicles. Each project represents history, character and personal value, and the aim is always to preserve that while delivering workmanship owners can be proud of.
